Here’s how it works:  At the scheduled times indicated we’ll introduce that month’s block and give a short demo of a technique or tool that can be used to make the block.  At the first session you attend, purchase a kit for $5.  It will contain the pattern and the fabric for the 12” block.  Make the block at home and bring it to the following month’s session where you’ll get your next kit free!  If you do not have the block completed, you can purchase that month’s kit for $5.  You must be present to receive your FREE KIT! – Meets 2^nd Saturday of the month

Bernina Club

Explore new techniques using your Bernina machine.  Helpful pointers and accessories available only to Bernina owners.   Quick projects to show off all those beautiful stitches and accessories.  This Club will meet monthly.

This sturdy briefcase is great to use as a computer bag or book bag, but it could have many other uses.  Come learn a new and fun technique, while creating a colorful project.

Finishing UP

We all have unfinished projects.  Come to this class to finish it up.  Our instructor will advise you on how to complete your project.  We have nice lighting, nice space, cutting tables, and a knowledgeable quilting instructor eager to help you along.

Classic Pleated Skirt

Learn many sewing skills while creating a “classic” pleated skirt using Kwik Sew pattern # 3372.  Reading and cutting out of a pattern, blind hems, yoke attatchment, zipper insertion, and that “Perfect Fit” attention to detail will be taught.  Beginners welcome!

Sew It Up For Kids

Grommet Bag

This is a great versatile bag that can be made in several sizes.  You will learn how to use the ever popular grommets.  Lots of fun.

Savanna Fun Fabric Swap

Each student will select two earth tone batiks: 2 yards of a light and 2 yards of a dark.  Leave your fabric with us, we will cut all fabrics into 9” squares and make kits.  Fee includes 48- precut 9” squares, Savanna pattern, Curves for Squares creative grid ruler, and 3 hours of class time.  Class is offered at three different times – choose the one that works for you!
